Fix test for brokers who publish data occasionally to $SYS, such as EMQ X and then causes false negative results. Fixes setting the port when testing with non-default port.
Fix for EMQ X which does not allow subscribing to `#` and occasionally publishes to $SYS. Other fixes include waiting for the proper client connection to finish subscribing before validating.
