This change removes deprecated/obsolete attributes from the HTML header and also performs some minor cleanup of the syntax. For the incompatibilities, it limits the mentioning of the removal of the platform-specific bundles (that were removed with the 4.33) to its corresponding document. Contributes to eclipse-platform#3275
