- Re-add EE88 bundles; - introduce enum RWTLaunchConfig.JakartaVersion to represent supported Jakarta versions; - add Jakarta version of launch configuration to program arguments and use respective WebAppContext in JettyLauncher; - add radio buttons to select Jakarta version in ServerSettingsSection.
