Remove two duplicate text blocks from docs/features/lifecycle/index.rst:
- Remove orphaned sentence fragment in the Motivation section that was
duplicated from the Abstract section
- Remove redundant paragraph about lifecycle system supervision that
duplicated an existing paragraph and contained a typo ("operting")

This PR removes duplicate content from the Lifecycle feature documentation (docs/features/lifecycle/index.rst).

Changes:
Removed an orphaned sentence fragment in the Motivation section that was a duplicate of text already present in the Abstract section
Removed a redundant paragraph about lifecycle system aliveness supervision that duplicated an existing paragraph in the Rationale section, which also contained a typo ("operting" instead of "operating")
Testing:
Verified the document renders correctly after removing the duplicates
No functional changes — documentation only
