Thank you very much for your contribution! Code looks mostly fine.
However, I couldn't test this. Claude Code says that it doesn't have this tool available if I ask it to use the AskUserQuestion tool. Did they rename it or do you have anything specific in your config to enable it?
I'm running CLaude 2.1.41.
