We should perhaps use something like this in the link relations:
https://www.iana.org/assignments/link-relations/link-relations.xhtml
service-desc: Identifies service description for the context that is primarily intended for consumption by machines.
I think that would be quite appropriate to point out the capabilities

Fine for me. We agreed offline to use 'service-meta' instead.
