Change Bundle-RequiredExecutionEnvironment to JavaSE-17 for all plug-ins. Change classpath to JavaSE-17 for all plug-ins. Change JDT compiler properties to Java 17 for all plug-ins. Change JustJ version to 17 for e4.20-e4.25 targets. Change targetJRE to JavaSE-17 for e4.26-e4.34 targets. Change targetJRE to JavaSE-21 for e4.35-eStaging targets.
