Description

Draft PR to showcase integration of WG NetCDF output tool with open source tool CSET. TODO: discuss which capabilites might be useful. Initial talk about power spectra (however CSET uses a regional deployment of the power spectra which is not suitable for comparing a global model output)

Issue Number

Closes #1191
