Hello, estimate_msm was commented out in the notebook. The syntax for estimate_msm has changed now that optimagic has replaced estimagic. I made the change so that estimate_msm runs. Please take a look.

Hello, estimate_msm was commented out in the notebook. The syntax for estimate_msm has changed now that optimagic has replaced estimagic. I made the change so that estimate_msm runs. I kept all the options same except one option, which was not working when I added it. Please take a look.
