- we should probably decide between four single mapping tools (for operations, data, topics, formats) or one combined mapping tool.
- We should add some tests and a small example for the more specific operations feature here.

In this PR the idea is to have a search in the vector database for only EDAM Operations. Topics, Data, Formats will come in a next PR if this one is accepted.
