- Add TAB key binding to eca-chat-mode-map for tool call expansion
- Create eca-chat--expandable-content-at-point predicate function
- Update both TAB and RET handlers to use shared predicate
- TAB expands tool calls when cursor is on them, falls back to markdown-cycle otherwise
