…pport This commit adds support for the PCA9554 and refactors the driver to enable support for other PCA95xx variants. - Introduced a new PCD: `PcdPca95xxType`, which defines the chip variant (currently supports "PCA9555" and "PCA9554"). - Replaced PCA9555-specific macros and register handling with a generic, structure-based configuration (`PCA95XX_VARIANT`).
