Update
test262& apply updates to fix now-broken spec tests.Includes a
make-pluralupdate, to bring in the changes from eemeli/make-plural#35.It looks like tc39/test262#4503 introduced checks not only for compact notation, but also scientific & engineering notation, which should probably be rolled back -- the test run here will fail before that's addressed.
