Task Poster Status Component

• Added a new TaskPosterStatus component showing workers live task availability
• Displays per-dataset breakdown with queued and active task counts
• Collapsible steps dropdown showing individual step statistics
• Visual indicators (pulsing play icon, blue borders) for active steps
• Auto-refreshes every 30 seconds with manual refresh button

Hidden Datasets & Steps

• Added "Hide from workers" toggle for entire datasets
• Added "Hide from workers" toggle for individual steps (fetchers)
• Hidden items still process tasks but don't appear in the worker frontend

API Changes

• Added /api/stats endpoint
• Added TASK_POSTER_URL environment variable to nuxt.config.ts for connecting worker app to task poster API
• Returns dataset and step statistics, filtering out hidden items
