This PR updates the visualization to by default use the new interactive JS visualizer instead of the graphviz one (https://github.com/egraphs-good/egraph-visualizer)

This PR updates the visualization to by default use the new interactive JS visualizer instead of the graphviz one (https://github.com/egraphs-good/egraph-visualizer).
It keeps the source checked in because it's rather annoying to get cargo to include not checked in source when building, which is what is used when distributing for Python as well.
