We had a bit of trouble deploying HELPq for HackMIT 2018, so we updated the Meteor version and dependencies for Blueprint 2019 (it also gave me a chance to learn a bit how the app and Meteor work).
It might need a bit more testing of some of the less-often used features, but this is the version of HELPq that was used at Blueprint. We didn't receive any complaints, so I don't think updating introduced any major bugs.
This also adds some OAuth updates from Anton that fixes Facebook and Google login, and adds detailed instructions for all 3 to the README.
