What does this PR do?
The current instrumentation of spring resttemplate breaks when an
IOExceptionis thrown while trying to access the HTTP response status code.This PR implements a "safer" way to access it and also makes it future-proof as the a deprecated method to access status code will be removed in next major release (7.x).
