[TEST] Reference nav reshuffles

Groups related sections together in a more principled fashion.
Notable changes:

• Moved the Text analysis and Scripting languages reference sections to be grouped under Elasticsearch, rather than as children of other topics.
• Relocated the Kibana and Cloud documentation sections to appear higher in the navigation
• Adjusted the placement of the Ingestion tools section, moving it up in the hierarchy and grouping EDOT as a child
• Alphabetize ingestion tools

TODO in follow up

• Fix (Remove) Data analysis

  • Rename to Machine Learning
  • Nestle it somewhere else (under elasticsearch?)
  • Keep:
    - [✅] Supplied configurations
    - [✅] Function reference
  • Move
    • Metrics reference under Observability
    • Explore Canvas functions and its expression language for Kibana under Kibana
    • Text analysis components under Elasticsearch
