A small change to nest two small pages under the "Migrate to ILM" page.
This helps tidy up the ILM ToC a bit, and also the title "manage existing indices" could be confusing if taken outside the context of migrating to ILM, especially since we also have sections/pages titled "Managing indices" and "Index management in Kibana".
