No. Cloud Connect itself doesn’t require any additional payment. Each Cloud Connected Service has its own terms. For example, using AutoOps for self-managed clusters does not incur additional charges - it’s available to clusters with an [Enterprise license](https://www.elastic.co/subscriptions) or an active Self-Managed trial, and it does not consume any ECUs. |

I think we should push back on capitalization when we can.
careful about "self-managed" here - they mean ECE/ECK/self so we need to say that
