@benironside it seems something went wrong with the release notes generation for this week — all of the changes in this PR were added in the changelog on July 7 (which explains the wrong date and heading anchors, too).

Just ran the tool and the list of entries for this week is indeed very different than this list. @benironside can you run the tool again to get the correct list of entries? |

Thanks for catching this. Replaced the outdated output. Strange bug here. The tool gave the updated output when I ran it again today, even though I didn't change the config. For anyone else who may encounter it, there was also a giveaway which was that the date in the title was wrong in the original output.
