Adds new features and improvements, including public Organization IdP routes, support for dots in role mappings, and upcoming removal of SMS multifactor authentication. Also introduces new Deployment Performance Metrics Charts and deprecates Cloud Defend billing alerts.

Maybe I miss context and knowledge, but I don't understand what prompt=login means. Second and third sentences are clear though.
