Converting part of the content to snippets and improving the Kibana UI instructions (they were outdated).
Other changes:
This is a follow up of #3361 where we have improved the Kibana UI instructions for ECE/ECH --> self-managed use cases.
This PR implements the same for the following use cases:
ECE --> ECE (same and different envs)
ECE --> ECH
ECH --> ECE
ECH --> ECH (same and different orgs)
Reviewing this PR should be done after or in parallel to #3361 as some of the changes are similar, and we want the info to be aligned.
