This PR:

  • Further extends the use of content snippets for ES|QL-based variable controls, enough for proper reuse yet keeping the flexibility to add app-specific information like intros or additional sub-sections
  • Adds a section about setting up controls that allow selecting multiple values + mention it in the main procedure too
  • I revised some anchors (in a non-breaking way) so that users who click the various links stay on the same page as much as possible

The main net new content is in:

  • explore-analyze/_snippets/multi-value-esql-controls.md
  • explore-analyze/query-filter/languages/esql-kibana.md

There's one screenshot that I haven't updated yet (that shows the new radio buttons for single/multi-values)
