This PR closes #3792 and #3911 and adds documentation on the ability to Share, duplicate, and archive conversations in the Observability AI Assistant. It also removes the note on AI Assistant conversations being public and accessible. Please review the new Share conversations and Archive conversations sections for completeness and accuracy.
