This:

  • Adds a "Migrate your Elasticsearch data" page which is a combination of the ESS, ECE, and Heroku versions.
  • Adds the child page "Migrate internal indices" which applies to ESS and Heroku only.
  • Adds versioning to indicate that "Migrate from a self-managed cluster with a self-signed certificate using remote reindex" applies to ESS and Heroku only.

The title is quite long in the table of contents. You could consider adding a navigation_title to the frontmatter with a shorter title.
