AWS Security Hub updates

Summary

Fixes #4382

There was an integration called AWS Security Hub. It's now called AWS Security Hub CSPM, and there's a NEW integration called AWS Security Hub that does something different. We need docs for both.

This PR updates the old integration's name and makes a new page for the new integration.

@nick-alayil, as per discussion with @colleenmcginnis in our Slack conversation:

because the new AWS Security Hub integration is only compatible with 9.3.0 and later, it won't show up in the docs until 9.3.0 is released.
