Summary

This change adds documentation for the upcoming ECK 3.3 release for Package Registry.

Open Question

  • There's ECK + GDCH documentation. Should we be updating that now as well?

The phrasing "allows installing" is grammatically awkward. It should be "allows you to install" or "describes how to install" for better clarity and consistency with the rest of the documentation. Additionally, there appears to be extra whitespace (two spaces instead of one) before the code block that should be removed.
