Does its best to clean up the heroku content so it's as accurate as possible and links into the regular elastic cloud docs.
most of the pages were duplicative.
also renamed all pages so they don't have
echin them (which now means "elastic cloud hosted")will collaborate with the marketplaces team to do a review of this after the changes are merged (need them for redirects asap)
