Update links that are currently relying on a redirect in a redirects.yml file before we have to start committing to permanent redirects.

LGTM at least, in case need unblock. Do you need to update the redirects.yml file in a separate PR?

Yea. We need to get any other [docs] Miscellaneous docs clean up PRs merged in repos that rely on the links in this repo's redirects.yml file. 😵‍💫
