I think the On ECE that tool is available from within the UI, although users could also run them locally pointing to the Elasticsearch or Kibana URL of their deployment. |

Looks clean and nice, I like it!
I've added a comment about elastic stack diagnostic tool, which I believe it's missing and should be added at least to self-managed and ideally to ECE too (I would also add it to ECK but then the referenced doc should be updated with some extra hints that we have in KBs).
