Stop updating the base branch for the updatecli automation
Use the same branch name
Why
causes previous open PRs to get reset and hence closed.
This is not the expected behaviour, to avoid so,
force: falseshould avoid the situation of git branch reset, as explained at updatecli/updatecli#2211 (comment)further details
