Add snapshot.repository_analyze example

This is the example in https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/8.18/repo-analysis-api.html. I tried to follow the instructions in https://github.com/elastic/elasticsearch-specification/blob/main/docs/add-new-api.md#add-endpoint-request-and-response-examples but am new to this.
