Fixes descriptions in the Inference APIs

This PR fixes description errors discovered during the comparison of the 8.x and 9.x API documentation.

Closes the following issues:

• Incomplete description for the model parameter
• Improve thedry_run parameter's description
• Improve the task_settings parameter's description
• Errors in the service_settings parameter's description
• half of [META] Improve the Inference API documentation #5512

I also removed the 9.0 backport as we won't be releasing any new 9.0 versions.
