I'm working on integrating the
reranktask type in theelasticprovider and noticed that the completion service and task settings live in their own package, therefore doing the same for sparse embeddings service & task settings. Wanted to keep it in a separate PR as it would increase the diff even more (of the upcoming rerank PR).
