* brought back soar lambda as a static constant and wired through where it made sense for now
* added verification of no duplicate assignments to hkmeans test
* fixed tests related to slice being null in some cases now
…erface to pass around a IntArrayList[] which reverts and simplifies some of the interfaces, added Ben's diff around simplifying ordinal resolution in hkmeans which greatly simplified a number of things with FFVSlices

Updated the IVF debug logging to use ES logger instead of the Lucene infostreams.
