Content LGTM!
I'm just not sure whether this is the best place for this page (as it's for all of serverless, rather than limited to "elasticsearch" per say).
I'd consider putting it under one of these 2 pages:
- https://www.elastic.co/docs/deploy-manage/deploy/elastic-cloud/tools-apis
- https://www.elastic.co/docs/deploy-manage/deploy/elastic-cloud/serverless
More opinions welcome :)

the serverless project management API is specifically an elastic cloud level concept (equivalent to managing cloud hosted deployments, rather than the elasticsearch components therein), so I agree that this is not the right place. suspect the right IA location is under https://www.elastic.co/docs/reference/cloud but it needs a serverless-specific section
