buildParamsdoesn't exist in the context ofdoFirstwith--configuration-cacheenabled.The original change was introduced here: #131739

Apparently, with that flag, the
project.getGradle().getSharedServices().getRegistrations()doesn't have thebuildParamsentry (Which I'm not sure if it's directly related with thebuildParamsglobal though)
