The Elasticsearch privileges page in the Deploy and manage section is being replaced with its counterpart in the Reference section. This PR replaces all links with the correct (deduplicated and reconciled) page.

Relates to #2218(elastic/docs-content#2218)

The [Elasticsearch privileges page in the Deploy and manage section](https://www.elastic.co/docs/deploy-manage/users-roles/cluster-or-deployment-auth/elasticsearch-privileges) is being replaced with its [counterpart in the Reference section](https://www.elastic.co/docs/reference/elasticsearch/security-privileges). This PR replaces all links from within the narrative docs to the correct (deduplicated and reconciled) page.

side note.... nothing to change now ... feels like most of these would be better served by links where we explain how to apply privileges / the role/privilege mapping rather than the reference list. lmk what you think

The prerequisite ones seem to refer to a very specific index privilege: manage -- in this case I think it makes sense to link to the list of index privileges and read more about manage specifically.

The one that mentions privileges in an audit events context, also kind of makes sense, since you might want to check the list of available privileges in a troubleshooting scenario.

Tbh I'm not sure what would be a better place/page to link to? Perhaps this one? Although a link to this page is included in the Privileges page description, so it's only one click away if someone is really stuck to find out how privileges relate to roles.
