After the feedback from the ES team, we should be good to merge this; as this is for a new feature we do not need to backport it to the 9.1 branch. |

Increment the
FLEET_AGENTS_MAPPINGS_VERSIONnumber so the newagent_policy_idmapping will be applied to clusters that upgrade from previous versions to 9.2.0.
