…t not all unit tests accommodated that. This fixes the issue that caused compilation errors, plus makes the affected unit tests pass by properly mocking `ClusterService`.

Reindexer's constructor has changed to take an additional param, but not all unit tests accommodated that. This fixes the issue that caused compilation errors, plus makes the affected unit tests pass by properly mockingClusterService.This is blocking builds in
origin/lucene_snapshot.
