What does this PR do / why do we need this PR?

We have noticed that in some environments node-local-dns will produce a very large amount of logs. This is mainly an issue in openstack environments, where a "openstack" lookup is added by default, resulting in a lot of "NXDOMAIN" logs.
I discussed this a bit with @Xartos that determined that we in general likely do not really need these denial logs, so to reduce the spamming we suggest simply removing them.
