Part of task #29633 to mvvm right panel userInfo

Turn WidgetCard components into latest MVVM pattern

Changes

  • Create WidgetCardView and his corresponding sotries and test
  • Create ,WidgetCardViewModel and WidgetCard (wrapper to initialize a WidgetCardView with correct data for WidgetCardViewModel)
  • Modify right panel to use ne WidgtetCard
