Merges element-hq/element-web develop (53 commits) into fork develop. Merge-base: de231a6. Conflicts resolved: ContentMessages.ts (both imports), Linkify.test.ts (combined suites), _EventTile.pcss (kept fork CSS). Verification: vitest src/Linkify.test.ts 5/5 pass.

Opened against the wrong repo by automation — intended as a fork-internal sync PR on mja00/element-web. Closing; sorry for the noise.
