This PR attempts to bump all our stale packages, however this is quite a complex task as the project is up to it's eyeballs in debt.
Troublesome packages to be fixed are:
chalkis now ESM-only and we need to adapt the code to taste.lowdbgrown 6 new major versions and unsurprisingly the API has changed.
