Basic progressbar styles
We didn't have a vertical progress animation in the old stylesheet. I messed with it a little bit and for some reason couldn't get it to animate properly, so I wonder if that was for the same reason. Some GTK bug with calc? TBH I'm not sure we ever use vertical progressbars
