The
developer_nametag has been deprecated since AppStream 1.0.0, so replaced with thedevelopertag. I used elementary instead of @stsdc in theidandnamesince Monitor is now under elementary Organization.Also add
project_groupandupdate_contactas we do anywhere while I'm here.
