I can confirm no focus stealing on X11 and we're okay with not being able to focus notification bubbles because they can be reviewed in notification center later

Fixes #279
For some reason using present focuses the window on X11. While we're here I decided to set some other flags just in case: focusable, set_skip_pager_hint and set_skip_taskbar_hint
