Now Twyn can load a file that is not in the root directory.
We still check for the name of the file, which has to be one of the supported ones (
poetry.lockorrequirements.txt).This PR is for fixing the bug, but in the future Twyn should support any name in the file (i.e.
requirements-dev.txt) #158.
