Docs: Polish Intro Section

Improve Copy and Structure in Introduction section of Docs. We removed the image taking up the major real estate and added good copy to explain stuff. we removed some confusing redundant structure. and made the intro page improved by being clear about what eliza is and does and priming us for quickstart etc
